  Up to 15%. Tips should be earned. There are many that do a great job and deserve a good tip. Some think they are intitled to 15%, no matter the quality of their work. When this happens, I tip less.

  15% --double the 7.5% tax-- or round up to most reasonable amount; if it's $5.57 I'd leave $6, etc. If I have great service (or small children along) I leave slightly more than 15%.
